ThermOlfactory
ThermOlfactory explores how localized nasal thermal stimulation can modulate olfactory perception. Instead of only adding scent output, the project studies how temperature cues around the nose can change how people perceive smell, creating a compact approach for influencing olfactory experience.
This work supports the design of multisensory interfaces for XR, learning, entertainment, and experiential media where smell perception is important but traditional scent delivery can be difficult to control.
